This policy explains how MilanSetu handles personal information within its private matchmaking, verification and facilitation services.
Information we may collect
Account details, contact information, photographs, profile and family information, preferences, verification evidence, consultation records, platform communications, payment records, device and security information and information voluntarily provided during facilitation.
Why we process it
To create and secure accounts, perform requested verification, provide private introductions, facilitate family participation, manage memberships, prevent misuse, respond to grievances, meet legal obligations and improve service quality.
Verification partners
Specialist providers may receive the minimum information reasonably required for an authorised verification purpose. Appropriate consent will be obtained where required.
Visibility
Registration does not make all profile information, photographs or contact details public. Visibility depends on permissions and the stage of an introduction.
Family participation
Where authorised, parent or guardian access should be limited to granted permissions and does not remove the individual's rights or consent choices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data as a public directory. Information may be shared with authorised providers, payment providers, verification partners, professional advisers, authorities where legally required and members or families within the permitted matchmaking workflow.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only as reasonably required for purpose, law, dispute handling and fraud prevention. Production systems should use appropriate encryption, role based access, logging, secure authentication, vendor controls and incident response.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating or erasure and may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

MilanSetu is intended only for adults legally eligible to use the service.
