These terms govern access to MilanSetu and the services made available through the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of contracting and use MilanSetu only for lawful, genuine matrimonial purposes. If assisting another adult, you must have appropriate authority and must not override that person's consent.

Nature of service

MilanSetu provides technology, verification processes, facilitation and related services. We do not guarantee a match, relationship, engagement or marriage.

Accuracy

You must provide accurate information and authentic documents and promptly correct material inaccuracies.

Verification

A verification status means the defined process shown for that status was completed based on information reasonably available at that time. It is not a guarantee of future conduct, intentions, compatibility or absence of undisclosed facts. Specialist providers may conduct certain checks.

Privacy and contact

You must not copy, publish, scrape, sell, circulate or misuse another member's photographs, documents, family information or contact details.

Membership and fees

Fees relate to access, verification effort, facilitation capacity and services in the selected plan. Payment does not guarantee a minimum number of compatible matches unless expressly stated in writing.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, fees are non refundable after the relevant service has commenced. This includes a change of mind, a paused search, rejected introductions, independent relationship formation or failure to achieve a desired matrimonial outcome. Nothing in these terms limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where a paid service is materially deficient or materially different from what was promised.

Conduct

Harassment, threats, sexual misconduct, fraud, solicitation, requests for money, unauthorised data collection and repeated unwanted contact are prohibited.

Suspension

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for safety concerns, suspected fraud, policy breaches, legal requirements or material risk to members.

Limitation of role

Members and families remain responsible for personal decisions. MilanSetu cannot warrant another person's future behaviour or guarantee that every fact can be discovered through reasonable verification.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Final jurisdiction will be aligned with the contracting entity without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
